Why stay Sunshine Beach instead of Noosa Heads?
Sunshine Beach is Noosa’s best kept secret and is extremely popular with repeat visitors including families and couples who are in the know. Sunshine Beach is a spectacular coastal strip of golden beaches with rolling surf that attracts holiday makers who wish to escape the bustle of daily life to relax.
Accommodation is often more affordable and spacious than what you might find on Hastings Street, so you are likely to gain better value for money for your holiday. Sunshine Beach is located at the Northern end of a 15 kilometre stretch of wide open beach allowing endless sunrise or sunset beach walks. Even if you visit during peak times and school holidays our huge beach foreshore offers endless space for your family beach outings.
Sunshine Beach’s spacious foreshore and dunes provide plenty of room for couples and families to relax or enjoy Frisbee, beach soccer, surfing and boogie boarding uncrowded surf breaks.
How far away are you from the beach?
One of the main entries to Sunshine Beach is just across the road, providing direct access to the surf patrolled area of the beach.
How far is How far away is Hastings Street and Noosa Heads from Sunshine Beach?
Sunshine Beach is an eastern suburb of Noosa and is less than a 5 minute drive to Main Beach and Hastings Street in Noosa Heads.
Sunshine Beach is only 3 minutes drive from the Noosa Junction shopping precinct.
If you want to venture by foot, enjoy a picturesque walk through the National Park to Hastings Street which will take you about 90 minutes. Our local bus runs every 35 minutes and can take you to Noosa Heads or other Noosa precincts.
What is the Booking Cancellation Policy?
A deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is charged on booking, the balance is payable on the day of arrival at the complex.
The guest specifically authorizes and agrees to the Balance ( which is payable on arrival ) from the guest’s credit card without the necessity of a signed authorization for the same.
Cancellations : If cancelled or modified up to 30 days prior to arrival, 30% deposit of your total reservation will be charged, if cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
There will be no refund for early departures
Additional Charges
Additional persons sharing accommodation will be charged for the use of a day bed or extra bed and extra linen at $45.00 per day, per person.
Tariffs are for up to 4 people in one of our 2 bedroom apartments and 6 people in one of our 3 bedroom apartments
Cots and high chairs may be hired for a fee, with prior notice.
BBQ for hire on request from reception for $25.00 per day.
Sorry we have a no functions and party policy.
There is “NO SMOKING” allowed in Andari Holiday Apartment or any of our “offsite” properties, the entire complex and grounds are a “Smoke Free Zone.
Does every apartment have an ocean view?

Can I walk to Hastings Street through the Noosa National Park?
Backing directly on to the Noosa National Park, Sunshine Beach is linked to Hastings Street via spectacular walking tracks and a seaside boardwalk incorporating the breathtaking scenery of Noosa’s native bushland and rainforest. This picturesque walk will take you about 90 minutes.
How long does it take to walk through the Noosa National Park and how do I get there?
The Noosa Headland Section of Noosa National Park can be accessed via the set of stairs at the northern end of Sunshine Beach or from Parkedge Road.
Walking tracks range from 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on how far you want to go with most walks taking around 90 minutes.
Keep your eye out for dolphins, whales (Jun-Aug), turtles and ask at the Noosa National Park Information Centre if you want to spot one of our resident koalas.

The friendly team at Andari Apartments are able to book any transport services that you require while on vacation.
What time is the last bus from Brisbane Airport?
Sun-air bus service operates shuttle transfer services from Brisbane Airport to/from the Sunshine Coast every hour. With the first service arrives at Brisbane Airport at 5am and the last service departs Brisbane Airport at 10pm daily.
Bookings are essential and please ask the Andari team to assist to ensure it is booked properly. We also have alternatives companies and transport styles available including private limousine, shuttle bus and private charter.
How far is the Sunshine Coast airport?
We are an easy 30 minutes drive north of the Sunshine Coast Maroochydore Airport.

What is the difference between “self-contained apartments”, like Andari, and other forms of holiday rentals?
An “apartment” like Andari Apartments offer self-contained accommodation. You have everything you need available to you for cooking, cleaning and laundry. We provide full kitchens with crockery and cutlery. Even towels are provided!
Seen as a home away from home, they are typically more spacious and homely.
Self-contained apartments are generally considered to be cheaper than staying in hotel accommodation as they are not serviced daily like a hotel.

Office hours 8.30 to 5 Monday to Friday, 9 to 12 on Saturday, available via phone when needed. Please contact us prior to your arrival if arriving outside these hours to arrange key pick up.
