A Deposit equal to one night full rate is required to confirm your booking during low season ( a deposit of $500.00 is required during mid and high season) The guest specifically authorizes and agrees to the Balance ( which is payable on arrival ) from the guest's credit card without the necessity of a signed authorization for the same Cancellations : An administration charge of $75.00 will be charged on the cancellation of any booking.The balance of the deposit being refunded except where the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the arrival date . In these circumstances no refund wil apply if the apartment cannot be relet for the entire period of the cancelled booking . There will be no refund for early departures - Additional persons sharing accommodation will be charged for the use of a day bed or extra bed and extra linen.
- Tariffs are for up to 4 people in one of our 2 bedroom apartments and 6 people in one of our 3 bedroom apartments
- Cots may be hired for a fee
