A Deposit equal to one night full rate is required to confirm your booking during low season ( a deposit of $500.00 is required during mid and high season).

The guest specifically authorizes and agrees to the Balance ( which is payable on arrival ) from the guest's credit card without the necessity of a signed authorization for the same

Cancellations Policy : An administration charge of $75.00 will be charged on the cancellation of any booking.The balance of the deposit being refunded except where the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the arrival date. in these circumstances no refund will apply if the apartment cannot be relet for the entire period of the cancelled booking

• There will be no refund for early departures
• Additional persons sharing accommodation will be charged for the use of a day bed or extra bed and extra linen.
• Tariffs are for up to 4 people in one of our 2 bedroom apartments and 6 people in one of our 3 bedroom apartments
• Cots may be hired for a fee

       Sorry we have a no party and functions policy

       Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments

Cleaning & Linen :

• For bookings of 8 to 14 days, linen will be changed midway during your stay .
• For longer stays , linen will be changed weekly.
• Additional services can be provided
